The Turning Corners Library is a design proposal for a combined library and repair cafe building in the Regent Park/Riverside area of downtown Toronto. The design is vertical, with just one main program on each floor, allowing the top floor access to views of the skyline as well as a vast expanse of the surrounding area. With a visually striking form and thoughtful consideration of the demographics, this library intends to be an icon in the community.
